With true passion for innovation we have explored many technical fields: in motorsport we have experienced the most advanced technologies for building lightweight but high efficient and safe structures: this give us as well the competence to transfer knowledge for development of high-tech components for mass production. Application of composite materials and light alloys allows to define lightweight solution enhancing vehicle efficiency as well finding new solution for mass transit vehicles or vehicle ballistic protection.

Project Management

  • Manufacturing of a structure in carbon composite materials (CFRP) and assembly integration of a racing car for LeMans 24 hours for a major Italian Car Manufacturer in cooperation with leading Supplier in Motorsport engineering.

  • Leading a three partner program at a large European OEM to develop a glass fibre composites (GFRP) front suspension system for a mass production vehicle: consolidation of about 30 components into 5. The Project had exceeded all the technical test and it was ready for production at targeted cost. 

  • Development of a glass fibre composites (GFRP) seat for railway passenger cars.

  • Design, engineering and (outsourced) manufacturing of fire resistant and fire reaction flooring system for a mass transit driverless vehicle built by one of the leading Italian railways vehicle Manufacturer. Our system has passed all the fire related tests (fire resistance and fire reaction).

  • Development of armoured protection for a vehicle of Italian State Police.

  • Managing full design team for a new vehicle at a major Italian OEM

  • Managing full design team for 3 new vehicles design and development in China: 

    • BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) for one of the leading new emerging OEM in China, 

    • ICE vehicle for Chinese OEM 

    • BEV built in China for a leading Japanese OEM.

  • Managing full design team for design and development of a new vehicle with full CFRP body and innovative solar cell recharging system for a new OEM in China. 

  • Management of transnational Team at an European OEM JV in China, for the construction and commissioning of the assembly line of a new vehicle for Chinese market.
